Ben works for a company that is conducting experiments on 'stein'.Stein are ( if I got this right) something akin to zombies and can be programmed for different uses, Ben isn't happy with what he is doing but he needs a job and he isn't really the type to go against orders.Kee is the leader of the small group of steins at the facility Ben works at, they are both fascinated by the other.When it comes time to terminate all the left-over stein, Ben calls the ZU( zombie underground) for help..from there it's Kee discovering the world outside the jail cell he has always lived in and Ben discovering love of a not human, sort of dead guy. It was cute and touching, I enjoyed reading this one and I can say it was different from most zombie stories I've read, I would love more information on how or why they have been created.
